- Former CEO & Fund Manager, Nexus Litigation Ventures — helped build one of the nation's largest vertically integrated mass tort platforms; oversaw deployment of nearly $50M in capital; remains one of Nexus's largest shareholders
- Co-founded Tort Experts, helping build it into a recognized leader in the mass tort industry before a successful exit
- 10+ years in the legal sector spanning risk management, quantitative analysis, finance, and digital marketing; has managed or influenced nearly $500M in spend across 300+ mass torts and personal injury events

As Chief Investment Officer, Michael directs Anchor Litigation's investment strategy and capital deployment. Drawing on two decades of experience in specialty and asset-based financing, Michael leads the investment and financial structuring for Anchor Litigation and helps shape the firm's approach to strategy development.
- 25+ years of private credit investment experience. Advised on and structured over $1B in transactions spanning consumer finance, litigation finance, supply chain finance and corporate ABL financing
- Former Managing Director & Head of Trade & Specialty Finance at a $10B U.S. private credit fund — built and led one of its ABL verticals
- Former Head of Credit at an SEC-registered emerging-markets fund (Asia, LatAm, Sub-Saharan Africa); senior investment committee member overseeing sourcing, underwriting and structuring
- Former Head of Fund Risk at a Swiss investment bank, and Director within a $3B ABL unit of a $15B Swiss fund of hedge fund
